Integrative Trauma Healing
A Foundational Training for Practitioners
Integrative Trauma Healing is a practitioner-level training for those who want to deepen their capacity to work safely, skillfully, and relationally with trauma held within the body and nervous system.
This foundational class explores essential principles of trauma-informed somatic practice, including nervous system regulation, spatial shock, neurosomatic approaches, attachment repatterning, embodied resourcing, and the relational foundations necessary for working with complex and overwhelming experience.
Rather than approaching trauma as something to force, fix, or release, we will learn how to listen to the intelligence of the body, recognize patterns of protection and adaptation, and create the conditions in which greater regulation, integration, and choice can emerge.
Designed for therapists, bodyworkers, healing arts practitioners, Polarity Therapy practitioners and students, and others with an established foundation in therapeutic or somatic work, this training is intended to complement and deepen an existing practice.
This course serves as the foundational training for future specialty studies in prenatal, birth, developmental, and other forms of early trauma.
