What to Expect: I am deeply honored to offer this next level of training for those who feel called to deepen their relationship with energy healing, embodied awareness, and the subtle dimensions of consciousness.
This class is not only about learning additional Reiki symbols or techniques. It is about refining your sensitivity, deepening practitioner presence, and awakening the innate intuitive capacities already living within you.
As our awareness deepens, we begin to recognize that healing is not simply something we “do.” It is something we learn to listen to, participate with, and allow through the intelligence of the body, nervous system, heart, and field.-
• Two Reiki Level 2 Attunements
• Deepening into embodied presence and relational attunement
• Exploration of the subtle energetic anatomy and multidimensional human energy field
• Expanded study of the chakras, including additional energetic centers beyond the traditional seven chakra model
• Introduction to the layers of the auric field and practices for sensing, tracking, and working with these layers
• Cultivating intuitive perception and energetic sensitivity
• Understanding psychic and intuitive gifts as innate human capacities
• Exploring what supports these gifts in coming online naturally and safely
• Somatic grounding, nervous system awareness, and embodied resourcing for practitioners
• Deepening practitioner presence and the field of the heart
• Working with the Reiki Level 2 symbols and their practical applications
• Understanding the distance symbol as a bridge of connection across time and space
• Learning how Reiki can support and integrate with other forms of distance healing and subtle energy work
• Expanding awareness of relational dynamics within healing work and the energetic field
• Practice sessions, experiential exercises, and guided exploration
• Study manual and certificate of completion

Mary Justus is a healing arts practitioner and teacher with over 25 years of dedicated study and practice in contemplative inquiry, embodiment, and integrative healing. Her work bridges Polarity Therapy, yoga, somatic therapy, somatic movement education, energy medicine, and spiritual psychology, offering a multidimensional approach that supports healing and integration across the full spectrum of lived experience.
Her approach is grounded in a simple understanding: healing is not something we force, but something that unfolds naturally when we meet ourselves with presence. Through a deeply attuned, trauma-aware process; Mary supports clients in reconnecting with the inherent intelligence of their own system—allowing patterns held in the body, nervous system, and energy field to reorganize and resolve.
Mary’s work is informed by extensive training in Polarity Therapy, somatic movement therapy, Reiki, Biodynamic Cranial Sacral Therapy, as well as lifelong study in esoteric philosophy and the non-dual understanding. She brings a particular sensitivity to early developmental and perinatal imprints, and to the role of embodied awareness in supporting lasting transformation.
Her practice is rooted in presence, relational listening, and reverence for the innate wholeness within each person.
