Training & Lineage
This page is offered for those who are curious about the many streams of study that inform my work.
While no list of trainings can capture the heart of this practice, they reflect the decades of learning, inquiry, and lived experience that continue to shape how I listen, perceive, and accompany others.
Every teacher, discipline, and tradition has offered a different doorway into the same mystery: how human beings awaken, heal, and come home to themselves.
For more than three decades, my studies have woven together somatic psychology, bodywork, movement, contemplative practice, energy medicine, developmental healing, and nondual realization. While these traditions differ in language and method, each has deepened my understanding of embodiment, consciousness, and the innate wholeness that lives within us all.
Rather than practicing a single modality, my work is informed by the synthesis of these many streams.

Closing Reflection
No single tradition holds the whole.
I have always been drawn to the places where disciplines meet—where the wisdom of the body, the clarity of science, the depth of contemplative practice, and the mystery of the Soul illuminate one another.
Every lineage represented here has offered a unique language for understanding healing and awakening. Rather than belonging to any one approach, my work is an ongoing integration of these many streams, held together by a commitment to Presence, healing, compassionate inquiry, and a reverence for the deeper Intelligence that lives within all of life.
In the end, the greatest teacher has been Life itself—and the privilege of accompanying others as they remember the Wholeness that has always been theirs.
