I am a mother, an artist, a dancer, and a lifelong student of the sacred. I live in devotion to this beautiful life — to the body, to breath, to spirit. For over 25 years, I’ve walked the path of yoga, meditation, creative movement, energy medicine, somatics, and astrology, exploring consciousness through both form and formlessness.

🌀 A Journey of Embodiment

My healing path came deeply into focus nearly 30 years ago after a near-death experience that opened a portal within that I couldn’t ignore. This left me with a deep and burning desire to know and understand the nature of reality. I also desperately wanted to find out what in the world we were all doing here! 

I was left with a deep intuition that I had work to do in this lifetime— soul work. But before I could share it, I had to embody it.  

Through years of deep inner excavation, I began slowly digesting layers and layers of prenatal imprints and birth trauma. I began decoding the ancestral lineage imprints and the impact of the untold narratives held in my nervous system. What followed was a life guided by the wisdom of embodiment— not as a concept, but as a direct, lived experience. I have such deep gratitude for all of the tools and teachers that have been a part of this process.

🌿 My Practice

My work is deeply rooted in Somatics, Quantum Energy Medicine, and Neuroscience— supported and grounded through the Non-dual understanding. Most importantly, I recognize the body as a field of living consciousness.
Other modalities that inform my work include:

🪷I specialize in supporting highly sensitive souls across all gender identities, ages, and life stages. My work is grounded in deep attunement to those navigating complex trauma, adoption, developmental wounding, and early imprints related to birth and attachment.

I also love to support those on the path of awakening—whether you’re just beginning to sense the deeper truth of who you are or anchoring more fully into the embodied essence of your true nature. This work honors both healing and awakening as sacred, interconnected processes.

Embodiment is difficult to translate in words as it is not a ‘doing’ experience.  It is best revealed through a direct, cellular experience— which is always occurring Now. It is the natural, unfolding revelation of your Being — the deep, embodied recognition of Presence. It’s where healing meets awakening. Where trauma meets integration. This is the heart and soul of Somatic Alchemy—  Where the body is unveiled as a portal of living truth, a sacred ally, a wise guide, and the temple of your Soul’s living energy.
